Brother Howard Parliament

During the year 1915 Howard Earl Parliament was initiated into Freemasonry as a member of Prince of Wales Lodge No. 146 at Napanee, Ontario. Brother Parliaments name appears as No. 228 in the members register, his occupation is listed as banker.

Shortly after his initiation into Masonry Brother Parliament moved to the Windsor Area. His name appears on a list of parish members of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Windsor. After his arrival in Windsor, Howard enlisted in the Canadian Expeditionary Forces and was assigned to the 66th Battalion of the Canadian Field Artillery as a gunner.

On February 27th 1917 Brother Howard Earl Parliament passed on to eternity while serving overseas. He was buried in the Witley Cemetery at Surrey, United Kingdom.
